Online Personal Training


Workout with an online personal trainer in the comfort of your home or wherever you may be in the world! Online personal training is simply a virtual training session between yourself and your online personal trainer delivered over the internet via Skype, WeChat, FaceTime, Zoom or WhatsApp.

During each online PT session we will demonstrate, motivate and coach you through the entire workout ensuring you benefit from every single session!


Convenience is one of the best benefits when it comes to online virtual training. You do not need to leave your house, do not need a child carer if you have kids, do not need equipment and you have the flexibility to pick and choose where and when you want your workout to be!


You do not need any equipment for at home personal training! However if you do happen to have some equipment like kettle bells, dumbbells or resistance bands then be sure to let us know and we will make use of them by incorporating them into your home workouts!

Save Money

Having your own live virtual PT is cost effective! You will save money on gym memberships and travel. Generally, online PT sessions are much cheaper than an in person Personal Trainer at a gym or cheaper than a fitness retreat/ residential training base like RDS!

How To Get Started

Once decided to start your home fitness journey with us then choose the amount of sessions you'd like to book below. Once we have received your booking and payment we will arrange a convenient time to call you to discuss your training in more detail and pencil your first session in.

*All consultations and most training sessions will be with RDS owner and founder Scott Bird.

*Training Sessions will consist of - Cardio, Strength, Flexibility and Core. Classes in Taiji, Qigong & Yoga also available.

*Sessions have a validity of 75 days. Eg If you have not used your sessions within 75 days they will expire!
